Cancellation, Modification & Return Policy


What is's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse (usually maximum 6 hours from the time order was placed) by calling our helpline number +91-7030810888. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account in the form of Cashback or GiftCards. Order will not be cancelled once it is processed in our warehouse. Please check returns / refund policy.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-7030810888.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Cash back / GiftCard account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.


If you feel the products you received from do not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 14 working days from delivery. Any item in its original unused condition can be returned for a Gift Card of the same amount (including basic shipping fees). Please note we don't issue refund to your original payment method. We only provide a Gift Card of the exact amount (including basic shipping fees), which you can use to place a new order. Please make sure that any items you would like return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached. 

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once MARIPOSA LOVE has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a Gift Card is issued. MARIPOSA LOVE reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a Gift Card and send the product/s back to your original postal address..

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by MARIPOSA LOVE will not be issued a returns Gift Card. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

Please allow 5 business days for a return to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by MARIPOSA LOVE. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your MARIPOSA LOVE account once this transaction has been processed. 

A Returns Sheet is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a returns gift card. If you require a copy of the Returns Sheet or have any questions regarding your return, please email our Customer Care team at

All orders should be returned to the address below. If you require a street address, please email with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to MARIPOSA LOVE below address. MARIPOSA LOVE will not issue a returns gift card on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you require a replacement size, color or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order using the Gift Card we will provide for your returns. SALE ITEMS : We do not accept returns on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
